  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage by airlines or other common carriers.

  • Damage to contents inside UDG products (e.g., bags, wallets, trolleys).

  • Misuse or abuse of the product.

  • Damage caused while the product was in the hands of a third party before delivery to the customer.

  • Overloading or mishandling of products.

  • Incidental or consequential damages, such as:

    • Loss/damage to contents/equipment in any UDG product.

    • Theft (locks are not theft-proof).
