Normal wear and tear.
Damage by airlines or other common carriers.
Damage to contents inside UDG products (e.g., bags, wallets, trolleys).
Misuse or abuse of the product.
Damage caused while the product was in the hands of a third party before delivery to the customer.
Overloading or mishandling of products.
Incidental or consequential damages, such as:
Loss/damage to contents/equipment in any UDG product.
Theft (locks are not theft-proof).
