For Customers in the European Union (EU):

You have a 14-calendar day window to return an eligible item purchased from https://udggear.com due to a change of mind. The cancellation period begins on the date of notification of receipt of the order by the courier agent.

For Customers Outside the European Union:

Customers outside the EU may return eligible items within 14-calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and all return conditions are met. Please contact our customer support to initiate your return and obtain authorization.

Please note: If you ordered the wrong item (e.g., incorrect color or model), and the product has already shipped, your return may still be accepted under our standard conditions. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are not refundable in such cases.

All Customers:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
• Please note: If your purchase was made elsewhere, you must return the item to the physical store.
